That’s right i completed couch to five K the nine week course which take you from not running to running 30 minutes and during it I may have said some worrying things so I wanted to take this moment to talk about, why i did it, what it was like and apologise to Sarah Millican as she really helped. Or at least her prerecorded messages did.
