Once again I give Gemma Baker more caffiene than is recommended and we sit down to discuss one year on progress from here many projects. From WITA the women in the arts community she has been omnipresent in organising, Poetry in the city the recent poetry event in Lincoln to the community pop up she is organised in within the city which recently launched.

We discuss not only the positives of having art movements and the great work she has been doing but the negative effects which can come from ideas expanding to quickly both personal and communal and reflect on a year productively spent.
